Springfield, MO (January 14, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Tuesday morning to a traffic crash involving injuries at the intersection of North Kansas Avenue and Division Street in Springfield, leading to delays during the morning commute.
The incident occurred around 7:55 a.m. and involved multiple vehicles, including a pickup truck and a car that sustained major front-end damage. Witnesses described a chaotic scene as tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles, which blocked parts of the roadway during cleanup efforts.

Although the full extent of injuries has not been disclosed, several individuals were reportedly assessed for various levels of trauma. At least one ambulance was observed leaving the scene with a patient.
