Cleveland, OH (January 14, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic accident with injuries late Tuesday morning near West 140th St and South Marshall in Cleveland. The crash was reported at approximately 11:44 a.m. and involved at least one vehicle that was emitting smoke at the scene.
A woman in her forties was found conscious but experiencing chest pain following the collision. EMS and fire units arrived promptly to provide medical care and assess the situation. The injured woman was evaluated at the scene and later transported to a local medical facility for further treatment.
The incident caused temporary concern due to the smoke coming from the vehicle, but fire personnel were able to quickly contain any potential hazards.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. No additional injuries or contributing factors have been confirmed at this time.
