Chicago, IL (January 15, 2026) – A traffic collision near N Francisco Ave on Wednesday morning resulted in three individuals being hospitalized, according to dispatch audio. Emergency responders transported all three occupants of one vehicle to Humboldt Park Health for further evaluation and treatment.
