Miami, FL (January 16, 2026) – Emergency crews responded late on Tuesday night to a traffic accident with injuries near Southwest 17th Avenue in Miami, according to public safety dispatch audio.
The incident was reported at approximately 10:58 p.m., prompting a response from Engine Seven and Rescue Seven. Police units were also dispatched to the scene to assist with traffic control and the ongoing investigation.
Initial reports confirmed that the crash involved injuries, though the number of people hurt and the nature of those injuries have not yet been released. The cause of the crash also remains under investigation.
