Los Angeles, CA (January 18, 2026) – Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a serious crash involving a bicyclist in downtown Los Angeles Friday evening, following a Code 3 dispatch that indicated the need for immediate response.
The incident took place on January 17 at approximately 6:39 p.m. near the intersection of 7th St and Flower St. According to dispatch reports, multiple traffic units and an ambulance were deployed with lights and sirens to assist at the scene. Upon arrival, crews confirmed the involvement of a bicyclist and other vehicles in the collision.
Medics and fire crews worked quickly to assess and aid the injured bicyclist. Details regarding the extent of the victim’s injuries have not yet been released, but emergency care was rendered at the scene.
