Plant City, FL (January 18, 2026) – A tragic multi-vehicle crash on Friday night claimed the life of a 19-year-old Plant City man on State Road 39 in Hillsborough County, according to reports from the Florida Highway Patrol. The fatal collision occurred at approximately 9:05 p.m. on January 16, just south of Moriczville Lane.
Troopers said the crash involved three vehicles. A Chevy Silverado, driven by a 77-year-old woman from Plant City, was heading northbound on SR-39 with a Ford F-350, operated by a 32-year-old Plant City man, following behind.
