Toledo, OH (January 18, 2026) – An early morning injury crash involving two vehicles caused road blockage near the intersection of Alexis Rd and Detroit Ave in Toledo on Friday. The incident was reported around 6:13 a.m. and prompted an immediate response from emergency crews.
Upon arrival, responders found a female and her dog at the scene, both of whom were moved into a police cruiser for safety while the area was secured. Portions of the roadway were obstructed due to vehicle placement and debris, leading to temporary traffic disruptions in the area.
Paramedics assessed the involved individuals for injuries. While the extent of those injuries has not been publicly confirmed, the presence of medical personnel on site indicated that at least one person required evaluation.
