Chicago, IL (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Friday afternoon to a traffic accident involving injuries near the intersection of West 14th Street and South Ashland Avenue on Chicago’s Near West Side. The collision was reported around 3:44 p.m. on January 16 and involved two vehicles.
