Tusculum, TN (January 19, 2026) – A collision with injuries occurred at the intersection of Haywood Lane and E Ridge Dr in the Tusculum neighborhood, prompting a response from Nashville-area first responders.
Paramedics and fire crews worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the crash, which took place at approximately 8:28 p.m. on January 17. The intersection, located in a busy residential area of southeast Nashville, has seen increased traffic volumes due to nearby housing and commercial development.
Initial reports indicate that the crash involved at least two vehicles, though officials have not yet confirmed the total number of individuals involved. Injured parties received on-site treatment for a variety of injuries, and it is believed that some may have been transported to local hospitals for additional evaluation and care.
Portions of the roadway were temporarily closed while crews managed the scene and ensured the safe removal of vehicles. Investigators are currently working to determine the cause of the accident, which may include factors such as driver error, visibility issues, or failure to yield.
