Phoenix, AZ (January 19, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Sunday night to an accident involving at least one vehicle near the intersection of 55th Ave and McDowell Rd, according to dispatch communications.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:02 p.m. on January 18. Fire and rescue units, including Engine 44 and Rescue 25, were dispatched to the scene after reports of a collision possibly involving injuries.
Upon arrival, responders began assessing the situation and providing care to the individuals involved. While the exact number of injured parties has not been confirmed, the crash was classified as a 962, indicating that injuries were present.
