Austin, TX (January 20, 2026) – A vehicle crash that occurred Monday night in the heart of downtown Austin left at least one person injured and brought emergency crews to the intersection of West Ave and W Cesar Chavez St.
The incident was reported at approximately 9:10 p.m. on January 19, during a time when downtown traffic remained active. Medical personnel were dispatched to the scene, where they treated those injured and assessed conditions before facilitating further care as needed.
