Nashville, TN (January 20, 2026) – An early morning crash involving multiple vehicles and resulting in injuries was reported in the Chestnut Hill area of Nashville on Tuesday. The collision occurred at approximately 4:52 a.m. at the intersection of 2nd Ave S and Lafayette St, near several major U.S. routes, including US-31A, US-41A, and US-70S.
First responders, including paramedics and Nashville Fire Department crews, arrived quickly to assist those injured in the collision. Individuals hurt in the crash received on-scene treatment for a range of injuries, and at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care. The crash site spanned multiple lanes and contributed to early morning traffic disruption.
