Billings, MT (January 20, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision resulted in injuries Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Grand Ave and 24th St W in Billings. Emergency responders were called to the scene shortly after 12:00 p.m. to assess injuries and manage vehicle hazards.
According to information from public safety dispatch, one vehicle was found with front-end damage in the intersection, while the second had come to rest off the roadway in a grassy area nearby. Airbag deployment was noted in at least one of the vehicles, and all involved occupants were reportedly out of their vehicles by the time emergency crews arrived.
Billings Fire Department and medical teams worked at the scene to evaluate those involved for injuries and address fluid leaks stemming from the crash. While no specific details regarding the number of people injured were immediately confirmed, responders were observed assisting multiple individuals.
