Pittsburgh, PA (January 20, 2026) – A hit-and-run collision near the intersection of Saw Mill Run Blvd and Lewis St on January 19 led to reported injuries and a police investigation. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene in the evening hours after receiving calls about the incident involving at least one vehicle fleeing the area.
One individual involved in the crash requested medical evaluation and was considered for transport to a nearby hospital. A second patient reported hand pain and also required attention from medics. Pittsburgh Police were first on scene, followed by EMS teams who worked to assess and assist those affected.
Although specific details about the suspect vehicle have not been released, law enforcement remained on site to gather information and document the scene. The roadway remained partially active during the response.
