South Bend, IN (January 20, 2026) – One person was evaluated for chest pain following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of W Sample St and S Kentucky St on the evening of January 19. Police were already on scene when medics from Engine 6 and Medic 4 were dispatched to assist.
