Canal Winchester, OH (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Tuesday to a vehicle collision with injuries on US-33 East near the intersection with Rager Rd, just outside Canal Winchester in the Columbus metro area.
The crash occurred during active travel hours and involved at least one vehicle sustaining damage. First responders arrived on scene to assess the situation and provide medical attention to those injured. At least one individual required treatment, though the full extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.
The accident led to traffic disruptions along the eastbound lanes of US-33 as emergency personnel worked to secure the scene and remove the involved vehicle(s). Crews cleared the area following the initial investigation and response efforts.
