Richmond, VA (January 21, 2026) – A multi-vehicle accident at a central Richmond intersection left several individuals injured on Tuesday morning, prompting a significant emergency response and traffic disruption.
The collision occurred around 9:18 a.m. at the intersection of N Arthur Ashe Blvd and Hermitage Rd. Nearby witnesses reported a loud impact followed by a quick arrival of Richmond Police and medical personnel. Individuals involved in the accident were treated at the scene for various injuries, and at least some required transport to local hospitals for additional medical care.
Officials have not yet confirmed how many vehicles were involved, but the incident reportedly caused notable traffic delays through the area as crews worked to secure the scene and provide assistance.
