Springfield, MO (January 22, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious early-morning truck accident on Wednesday on Missouri Route 413 near Springfield that left at least one person injured and reportedly ejected from a vehicle.
The incident occurred shortly after 4:00 a.m., according to dispatch audio. A collision involving a truck and trailer was reported, prompting immediate response from medical and fire personnel to the scene along MO-413.
Initial reports from the scene indicated that one individual was ejected during the crash, raising concerns for significant trauma. While details on the number of vehicles involved and exact injury severity remain limited, medical assistance was requested, and at least one person was believed to have required hospital care.
