The crash occurred around 5:44 a.m., according to emergency dispatch audio. Rescue 23 responded to the scene and transported the injured woman to Jackson Memorial Hospital under a trauma alert.

Reports indicate she sustained facial injuries but was conscious and alert during transport. The severity of the crash and the number of vehicles involved have not been officially confirmed.
