Columbus, OH (January 24, 2026) – A traffic accident involving injuries caused significant disruptions at the intersection of Wilson Rd and Fisher Rd on January 23, with both Wilson Rd and the eastbound lanes of Fisher Rd temporarily blocked as emergency crews responded.
Police and EMS arrived on scene shortly after the crash was reported and found multiple vehicles involved with at least one person injured. Paramedics assessed victims at the location, providing immediate care to those hurt. At least one individual was transported to a nearby hospital, though the full extent of injuries has not yet been confirmed.
The accident resulted in complete blockage of Wilson Rd in both directions, while eastbound Fisher Rd was shut down to allow emergency responders to manage the scene safely. Drivers in the area experienced heavy delays as detours were established and crews worked to clear damaged vehicles and debris.
