Kansas City, MO (January 24, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a car collision with injuries on January 24 along southbound I-35 at the Broadway Blvd interchange. The crash occurred shortly after 7:00 a.m. EST and prompted medical and traffic units to assist at the scene.
First responders arrived to find at least one vehicle with damage and began evaluating individuals for reported injuries. The exact number of people hurt and the severity of injuries have not yet been confirmed by authorities. On-site care was provided, and additional support may have been arranged as needed.
Traffic through the area was temporarily slowed while emergency personnel worked to manage the crash site and safely remove involved vehicles. The incident caused disruptions during the early morning commute along one of the city’s main highway connectors.
