Canoga Park, CA (January 25, 2026) – A crash involving a vehicle and a building left three people injured Saturday afternoon in Canoga Park. The collision occurred just before 2:00 p.m. on January 24 in the area of Shoup Avenue, when a vehicle plowed into the front of a barbershop, causing serious structural damage and injuring multiple individuals inside.
Medics and fire crews worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the vehicle slammed head-on into the business. Emergency personnel arrived within minutes and provided immediate medical care to the victims. According to officials, three people who were inside the barbershop at the time were transported to a local hospital. Two of the injured reportedly sustained serious injuries requiring advanced treatment.
Firefighters remained on the scene to clear shattered glass and debris, ensuring the building was safe following the impact. The identity and medical status of the driver have not been released, and it remains unclear whether the driver sustained any injuries.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the driver to lose control and strike the building. Factors such as mechanical failure, distraction, or medical emergency are all under review as part of the ongoing investigation.
