Columbus, OH (January 26, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Sunday to a vehicle collision with injuries at the interchange of I-70 West and I-71 North in Columbus, causing significant traffic delays in the area.
The crash occurred during the day on January 25, affecting one of the busiest highway junctions in the city. At least one person sustained injuries and was evaluated by medical personnel at the scene. The extent of those injuries has not been disclosed, but paramedics remained on standby for possible transport.
Fire and rescue units worked quickly to secure the scene and assist those involved, while traffic was diverted to allow for safe operations. The number of vehicles involved has not yet been confirmed.
