Milwaukee, WI (January 26, 2026) – A devastating vehicle crash at the intersection of North 23rd Street and West Fond Du Lac Avenue left multiple people injured, including a young child in critical condition, on January 23. Emergency crews responded just after 8:00 a.m. and found at least three patients at the scene.
According to initial reports, emergency units from Engine 13 and Med 5 performed CPR on a child believed to be approximately six or seven years old. The child was in critical condition, and trauma protocols were activated due to the severity of the injuries.
