Santa Fe Springs, CA (January 27, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Monday afternoon to a two-vehicle collision on the 605 Freeway near Florence Avenue in Santa Fe Springs that left one person injured and hospitalized. The crash occurred around 3:32 p.m., prompting a response from California Highway Patrol and local medical personnel.
Upon arrival, authorities found two vehicles involved in the incident along the southbound lanes of the freeway. Paramedics evaluated the individuals on scene and transported one person to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed, though no fatalities were reported.
