Danbury, CT (January 28, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to an early morning car crash near the intersection of Westville Avenue and Rogers Avenue in Danbury on Tuesday. The incident, reported at approximately 2:42 a.m., resulted in injuries and required assistance from both fire and medical personnel.
According to dispatch reports, one vehicle involved in the crash veered off the roadway and came to rest in a snowbank. Responders arrived promptly and took control of the scene, providing care to those involved. At least one person was reportedly injured, though the full extent of injuries has not been confirmed.
Firefighters ensured the area was safe while EMS personnel evaluated the condition of the occupants. It is not yet known if any of the injured were transported to a medical facility.
The road remained partially restricted during the response as crews worked to clear the scene and determine the cause of the collision. Snow accumulation may have been a contributing factor.
