Marina, CA (January 28, 2026) – A person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision that occurred early Tuesday morning on Highway 1 near Reservation Rd in Marina, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported shortly after 12:15 a.m. in Monterey County. Responding officers and emergency medical personnel arrived to find two vehicles at the scene with visible damage. One individual sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.
