Louisville, KY (January 28, 2026) – An injury-related traffic accident on I-264 East near Taylor Blvd led to significant delays and emergency response activity on January 27.
Authorities confirmed that at least two vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred in the blind curve area just past the Taylor Blvd on-ramp. First responders coordinated with state and local units to access the scene and assess the extent of injuries. One lane of the eastbound interstate was blocked while emergency personnel managed the situation.
