Buffalo, NY (January 29, 2026) – An accident resulting in injuries occurred on Tuesday evening at the intersection of Kerns Ave and Bailey Ave in Buffalo’s Lovejoy neighborhood, drawing a response from emergency crews in District E.
The crash took place at approximately 5:13 p.m. on January 27. According to reports, at least one individual sustained injuries and required medical attention at the scene. Paramedics arrived promptly to assess those involved and provided care before transporting at least one person to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed.
The accident disrupted traffic flow in the area as responders worked to secure the intersection and clear the vehicles. Both Kerns Ave and Bailey Ave experienced delays during the response.
