Rochester, NY (January 30, 2026) – A serious motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported on Thursday on Interstate 90 eastbound near mile marker 368.9, just outside the Rochester area. Emergency responders classified the situation as ALS emergent, indicating that at least one person required advanced life support at the scene.
