Detroit, MI (January 30, 2026) – Emergency responders were called to the scene of a traffic accident involving injuries on Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Fullerton Avenue and Sussex Street in Detroit.
The incident occurred around 12:44 p.m., according to dispatch traffic from the Wayne, MI Fire Dispatch Group. Units, including Special Squad One, Engine 53, and Chief Four, arrived promptly following initial reports of a civilian possibly trapped. However, upon arrival, crews confirmed that no one was pinned in the wreckage.
