St. Louis, MO (February 20, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash along westbound I-70 at MO-115 left one driver hurt late Thursday morning in St. Louis County. The collision occurred at approximately 11:38 a.m. on Thursday, February 19.
According to the report, a 2017 Cadillac XT5 was traveling westbound when it swerved across all lanes of traffic. The vehicle then struck the rear of a 2022 Cadillac XTS that was also heading west. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were removed from the scene by tow trucks.
The 43-year-old man driving the Cadillac XT5, a St. Louis resident, suffered moderate injuries. He was taken to SSM Health DePaul Hospital in St. Louis for treatment. The 67-year-old woman driving the Cadillac XTS, also from St. Louis, was not listed as injured in the report. Both drivers were wearing safety devices at the time of the crash.
Emergency units responded to the highway scene and assisted those involved. The incident remains under review by authorities. We are thinking of the injured driver as he recovers.
