Two-Vehicle Collisions and Emergency Response Considerations
Two-vehicle crashes are common on urban roads and can range from minor fender-benders to serious collisions. When vehicles collide, the force of impact can cause injuries to drivers and passengers, sometimes trapping occupants inside vehicles.
Emergency responders must quickly assess the scene, provide medical care, and safely extricate anyone trapped in vehicles. Even when injuries appear minor, prompt evaluation at a hospital is recommended to ensure no hidden trauma, such as internal injuries or whiplash, has occurred.
