Pedestrian Safety and Multi-Vehicle Incidents
Pedestrians are particularly vulnerable in collisions involving multiple vehicles, especially at night or in areas with limited visibility. Being struck by more than one vehicle significantly increases the risk of fatal injuries.
Investigators often review vehicle positions, traffic signals, and witness accounts to determine how such incidents occurred. Crosswalks, lighting, and driver awareness are key factors in preventing pedestrian accidents, while emergency response plays a critical role in stabilizing injured individuals and securing the scene.
