Farmington, WI (April 9, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash in Washington County on Wednesday afternoon left one person dead and another injured.
The collision occurred around 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of CTY TK H and Forest View Rd in the Town of Farmington. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the crash involved two SUVs.
When deputies arrived, they found the driver of a gray SUV unresponsive. Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a blue SUV was conscious and alert and sustained injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates the blue SUV was traveling westbound on CTY TK H when the gray SUV, traveling eastbound, attempted to turn north onto Forest View Rd and was struck on the passenger side.
The crash remains under investigation, and additional details may be released as they become available.
