What Factors Can Influence Injury Severity in Two-Vehicle Crashes?
Main travel routes near North Carolina Highway 55 and Ennis Road can experience delays after collisions. In Angier, injury accident scenes may involve lane closures while responders assist those involved and clear damaged vehicles.
The position of impact and where vehicles come to rest can affect injury outcomes. Collisions that push vehicles off the road or into fixed objects, like poles, may increase the risk of harm.
Traffic speed, vehicle type, and seat positioning all play a role in how injuries occur. Road layout and surrounding conditions can also influence how crashes develop and how severe they become.
