Charleston, SC (July 22, 2026) – A fatal collision was reported on Wednesday afternoon, July 22, at the intersection of South Carolina Highway 41 and Reflectance Drive in Charleston. The Charleston Police Department said the roadway was closed in all directions while the circumstances were being examined.
Drivers were advised to avoid the intersection and use alternate routes as delays continued. The identity of the person who died has not been made public.
