Why Afternoon Two-Vehicle Crashes Can Cause Injuries
Afternoon crashes can happen during busier travel periods when drivers are entering intersections, turning, or moving through commercial and residential areas. Even a two-vehicle crash can cause enough force to injure someone, depending on speed, impact angle, and vehicle position.
Medical teams may check injured people for head, neck, back, chest, shoulder, arm, or leg injuries. Some pain may appear later, even if injuries first seem limited. Investigators may review traffic signals, lane position, vehicle damage, road conditions, and witness statements to understand how the vehicles came together.
