Southwest Miami-Dade, FL (August 30, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Friday afternoon to a multi-vehicle collision on southbound Florida’s Turnpike near Caribbean Boulevard that left one person injured. The incident was reported around 3:45 p.m. on August 28.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Florida Highway Patrol units responded after multiple vehicles were involved in the crash. One person was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Traffic cameras showed emergency crews directing vehicles after the two left lanes were closed.
