Albuquerque, NM (January 7, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash with reported injuries Monday evening near the intersection of Central Ave SE and Monroe St NE in Albuquerque.
The incident was reported at approximately 6:18 p.m. on January 6. Engine 11 and Rescue 11 were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance following reports of a traffic collision involving at least one injured individual. The intersection lies within a busy area of Albuquerque’s Southeast Heights, often congested during evening hours.
Upon arrival, fire and rescue personnel began evaluating the individuals involved in the crash and providing medical care to those in need. Details on the number of vehicles involved and the condition of the injured have not been made publicly available.
