Alpharetta, GA (January 11, 2026) – Emergency crews in Alpharetta responded Saturday evening to a vehicle collision with reported injuries on Old Milton Parkway. The incident occurred around 5:37 p.m. on January 10 and involved a white Honda Accord and a black Ford.
Engine 84 arrived at the scene and confirmed that the crash resulted in at least one injury. According to dispatch audio, one of the drivers sustained a head injury and was assessed by paramedics at the scene.
