Anaheim, CA (March 16, 2026) – Two officers were hurt early Monday morning, March 16, after a crash involving a wrong-way driver near the interchange of Interstate 5 and Gene Autry Way in Anaheim.
Emergency units responded shortly after 2 a.m. following reports of a wrong-way driver traveling on the eastbound 91 Freeway, near the northbound Interstate 5 connection at Gene Autry Way.
Officials said the two officers were treated at the scene for injuries. The driver involved in the collision was taken to a nearby hospital. Their condition has not been released.
