Ashburn, VA (January 26, 2026) – Emergency units responded Friday morning to a serious vehicle collision at the intersection of Pacific Blvd and Waxpool Rd, following reports of possible entrapment.
The incident was dispatched just after 9:00 a.m. and drew a coordinated response from Engine 624, Rescue 635, Medic 635, Medic 615 Charlie, Battalion Chief 601, and additional EMS and safety personnel. Initial reports indicated that at least one person may have been trapped inside a vehicle as a result of the crash.
Crews arrived quickly on scene and began evaluating the situation, preparing for potential extrication procedures. The number of vehicles involved and the conditions of those inside were not immediately confirmed through initial radio communication.
