Baltimore, MD (January 24, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a major multi-vehicle accident early this morning along Falls Rd between Elmwood Rd and the Cross Keys exit in Baltimore. The crash, reported just after midnight, involved four vehicles and was classified as a 29 Alpha incident, prompting a high-priority level zero response.
