This stretch of Scottsville Rd runs through a semi-rural area south of Bowling Green and is known for sharp curves, low visibility during early morning hours, and high-speed travel, all of which can contribute to accidents. Traffic in the area was temporarily affected as crews worked to assess the scene and assist victims.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash. No official statements have been released regarding contributing factors or possible citations. Our thoughts are with those injured as they begin the recovery process.
