Harrisburg, NC (August 15, 2026) – Four people suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a car crashed through the front window of a restaurant and wine bar in Harrisburg on Thursday evening, August 13, shortly before 7:14 p.m. The incident happened at Vortex Bottle Shop on School House Commons.
The four injured people were taken to a hospital for treatment. The crash caused structural damage to the building’s front entrance and surrounding glass. Officials said the incident was accidental. Harrisburg firefighters assisted those involved, secured the area, and coordinated emergency responders at the scene.
