Brockton, MA (August 9, 2026) – Three people were injured after a Honda Accord struck a utility pole and crashed into the front porch of a home early on Saturday morning, August 8, in Brockton. The crash happened at about 3 a.m.
Police said the Honda was traveling west on Pleasant Street when it struck a utility pole. The car then hit a boulder and fencing near 556 Pleasant Street before continuing down the street and striking additional fencing and the home’s front porch.
Three people were inside the vehicle, including the driver and two passengers. All three were conscious after the crash, but one person was thrown from the vehicle. Everyone was taken to area hospitals, and their conditions were not immediately available. The driver received citations related to the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
