Atlanta, GA (July 27, 2026) – Three people were injured after a multi-vehicle crash involving three semi-trucks and two passenger vehicles on Interstate 285 near Exit 60 in Atlanta early on Saturday morning, July 25.
According to officials, one semi-truck caught fire after the crash, with flames reported in the engine compartment. Emergency crews worked to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby vehicles. Paramedics treated two men and one woman before taking them to Grady Memorial Hospital.
All lanes were later reopened after crews cleared the scene. Deputies are actively investigating the incident, and more information may be updated as it becomes available.
