Chattanooga, TN (January 14, 2026) – Emergency units responded to a traffic accident with injuries along the northbound side of Interstate 75 in Chattanooga.
The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. on January 13 near the area of Block St, adjacent to I-75. According to initial radio dispatch, crews from Station Two were sent to the scene where at least one individual was reported injured. The collision affected northbound lanes, prompting a coordinated response to ensure the safety of motorists and those involved in the crash.
First responders provided on-scene care to the injured while working to stabilize the situation. Although the number of vehicles and extent of injuries were not immediately disclosed, efforts were made to clear the roadway and restore traffic flow as quickly as possible.
Investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances leading up to the crash. It is not yet clear what factors may have contributed to the incident.
