North Naples, FL (July 21, 2026) – A child was hurt after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday night at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport Pulling Road in North Naples.
The accident occurred at approximately 9:28 p.m. and temporarily closed all lanes at the intersection. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the child entered the intersection despite the pedestrian traffic control signal before being hit by the vehicle.
The child’s identity and the extent of the injuries have not been released. No additional details about the driver or the circumstances surrounding the collision were immediately available.
